Member of the Luxembourg bar since 2019 and having worked as a legal and tax advisor since 2012, Arvine represents private individuals, startups, entrepreneurs, young or seasoned, international families, hedge funds, investments funds, institutional clients on corporate law, real estate, tax, estate planning, trusts, funds formation and employment matters or where needed, provides on-site or remote secondments. On a personal level, Arvine has lived in Luxembourg, Brussels, Paris, Geneva, London, Leiden and Tehran and is always keen to exchanging new ideas with a positive mindset, learning and enjoying the time spent during our short yet meaningful journey in life.

Legal Subscriptions for Startups 

Option 1 - Starter option for EUR 500 per month 

Option 2 - Premium option for EUR 1,500 per month 

Minimum subscription period of 3 months, which can be credited against any out of scope ad-hoc work. This preferential option is only available for startups as a longstanding commitment to entrepreneurship in Luxembourg.

The assistance may cover a consultation together with:

  • the setup of the business;

  • acting as on-call legal counsel for the startup;

  • the drafting/review of standard agreements, including SLAs with third parties;

  • the drafting/review of account 115, capital call notices, interest bearing loans, interest free loans; and

  • the drafting of lease agreements, NDAs, assistance in the recovery of commercial claims, advice on pre-litigation matters, drafting of summons.

  • Arvine Zamani has acted on behalf of a listed US Asset Manager of a Pan-European investment fund on European real estate transactions and notably in the acquisition of civic and infrastructure assets and provided ongoing operational legal assistance from a Luxembourg corporate legal perspective on the intragroup financing of its Luxembourg sponsored SPVs 

  • Arvine Zamani has acted on behalf of a listed US Asset Manager of a Pan-European investment fund in the acquisition of a French asset under a forward purchase agreement and has issued two legal opinions in that context

  • Arvine Zamani has assisted a French investment fund in the MBO of an operating company

  • Arvine Zamani has assisted a leading listed US Investment Bank in the capitalization of its sponsored SPVs

  • Arvine Zamani has assisted a listed US Asset Manager of a Pan-European investment fund and provided a remote secondment placement opportunity in the absence of a Luxembourg corporate governance manager by reason of a minimum of 3 hours per day for more than 12 months
