Governing law

The access, visit, and use of this website is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Luxembourg law. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes by negotiations and, if necessary, by means of mediation as a first step under the mediation rules of the center of civil and commercial mediation of Luxembourg. The party refusing to seek to settle the dispute by mediation will be liable to pay to the other party a penalty of EUR 5,000. In the event the mediation fails, all disputes arising out of or in connection with the access, use of this website shall be exclusively settled under the Rules of arbitration of the Arbitration Center of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said rules.
